Update, since my earlier review, I have recieved my redemption and customer service stepped it up so for that thank n you and I also see that the immediate/instant redemption is no longer advertised so thats good honest stuff. 3 stars. Thanks for improving !Seemed like a fun and exciting platform and was until it was time for a redemption. Terrible customer service and when I joined and made deposits I was expecting only what they headline there. Instant and immediate redemptions. Lies, false advertisement, untrue! Then they tell me 2-5 days. Well day 5 and nothing still. All they say is Be Patient. Dont waste your time and money. There's better places to play
