I have been on a chat with some agent named Emily and it is like pulling teeth just to get her to answer a simple question.. I canceled a redemption I was told I had to wait 72 hours in order to do another one.. all I asked is what time did I cancel that redemption, because I literally forgot if it was yesterday or the day before, their history section on the website is useless and I couldn't see it so I thought this was a very simple question for" customer service agents to just look it up"..30 minutes later I'm still trying to figure it out..
Finally after almost 30 minutes she comes back on and she goes you canceled the redemption at 4:41 p.m. on March 13th.. why didn't you just start with that?? She kept telling me 4:41 p.m. 🤬!! Finally I said to her 4:41 is a time not a date 😞.. my goodness!!Who are these people??😂
I have been working in "Customer Service for probably 30 years now and I don't think I've ever ran across this level of lack of training.. either that or they're just not real people who knows they might even be fake people 🤣
