Same experience as hundreds of others, we were charged several thousand dollars upfront last October for a couch. Estimated delivery was January, then February, then March, then April, now JUNE. That’s eight months and counting for something we had to pay for in advance. Customer service has been downright rude to me, if they even bother to respond at all. Such a frustrating experience, and we have no recourse since it’s non-refundable and we used a C&B credit card.
