Initially, they appeared helpful and said they would work to resolve the issue. They reached out to the seller, who again did not respond. Cratejoy then offered several options, including a refund, which I immediately requested.Since then, communication from Cratejoy has been extremely poor. Every response I receive ignores the issue entirely, and they have failed to issue the promised refund or ensure shipment. At this point, the situation feels deceptive and untrustworthy. Proceed with caution—my experience with Cratejoy has been extremely disappointing and feels fraudulent.
