I got an email from Cratejoy threatening to “renew” my 3 month subscription… which was just supposed to be 3 months??? I responded to the email asking to cancel, and got a response saying to go to their website. The website says it doesn’t recognize my email address, so I can’t log in and can’t change my password. Their customer service chat bot was utterly unhelpful and was like “glad we solved the problem!” when it did no such thing. It’s impossible to contact an actual human and I’m dreading having to deal with a chargeback on my credit card. I’m starting to think the whole thing is a scam.
