I emailed at 11:47am and by 11:48am, I already had assistance and ongoing responses with consistent communication and follow up to help me. My package was located by the recipient and I even had assistance to ensure the next shipment would be without issue. I am incredibly grateful for and impressed by the customer service I experienced. I definitely plan to use this company again for future gifts. I got Bloomsy Box for one gift and had no issues. I also got Therabox from Cratejoy and had a good gift experience there as well.
