The refund on my undelivered purchase hit my credit card two days after I opened a ticket. Leo gave the seller 48 hours to respond to my concerns and then immediately processed the return after two days with no response. I am thankful for his very responsive follow up to my customer service complaint. I am disappointed with the seller, Free Your Tea, but am quite happy with the way the Cratejoy team stands behind their customers to create a positive shopping experience.
