I ordered a subscription from Cratejoy. I got 2 months delivered over 5 months. During that time I tried to contact Cratejoy to help in which they told me to get with the seller. In using their "contact seller" process, I never got a response from the seller. I finally requested a refund. Cratejoy gave me the refund, but shorted me 2 months. At that time Cratejoy basically said argue it with my bank. Really? I sent the complaint to BBB and they ignored them as well. You can see Cratejoy as a company doesn't care about their consumer. They play the 3rd party innocence and collect money from all. As the middleman in this relationship they should take ownership of their sellers. If you get a good seller shouldn't be a problem. You get a seller who doesn't care, Good Luck!
