After this, CrateJoy immediately ADDED AN OPEN-ENDED SUBSCRIPTION TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION.(2) I need a delivery date, and they told me to use the "Contact Seller" option on the item page. There is no such option. Now they stopped responding to me. Apparently there are businesses with crappier service than Amazon, since they can always estimate third-party deliveries.
