I’m reviewing only for the sugar free box’s that were sent to me.If you need stale obscure “ treats “ then this is your placeOut of a 3 box subscription for Christmas I have received duplicates of everything.Stale out of date and things like freeze dried olives something called bada beans & a tiny little bag of powder that is supposed to be a drink The bags are so small you can’t read the labels.Customer service promised me via email that they would replace a box immediately that was 2 weeks ago.I emailed them recently & haven’t received a reply. This was a gift & I’m embarrassed for my family member who thought CrateJoy was a good idea.Apparently it’s only a platform for 2500 vendors and there’s apparently zero quality control Buyer beware there’s much better optionsThe reviews here are so consistent. I’m certain that they are just a scamUpdating: 2/26/After posting this I received an email saying they were waiting for items to come in that were to be more to my liking so I am hoping they are legitimateUpdate 3/11 I reached out 3/10 to get an update and was told they were packing boxes now & I would be receiving the replacement box shortly & the last of my Christmas gift box in about 30 days I will continue to update, not sure what this crate joy is all about.
