I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered a "Date Night in a Box" for my 21 year old son and his girlfriend for Christmas. The description said boxes would be mailed out within 3 days of order, so I had it sent to my house since my son was in town a few weeks visiting for the holidays. The box never arrived. I messaged about it and got a quick response that the sender had a death in the family, was so sorry, and would ship it out immediately to my son's address (since he was no longer home). Great!A month later I get a notice the box is getting ready to be shipped...to my address. 8 emails later and still no box. Shipping info just says pending. It takes two days to get a response and they don't address your issue. Stay away from these crooks!
