I signed up for a monthly box that charged quarterly then closed. CrateJoy charged me every 3 months for the program then charged me 2 months in a row for a 3 month subscription. They refunded the second charge but when the program closed down, I was still out a month worth of charges that they kept saying they refunded. They didn’t. I will never use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially to subscriptions of more than a month. Their customer service stinks and you can’t escalate. So disappointing.
