They will bill you and then not send the merchandise.I, to be clear, subscribed to the Chic and Unique box, which is a seller within the huge Cratejoy bird's nest of bad management and the customer service (Chic and Unique) was WONDERFUL when there was a mixup. I got a full refund. The thing to do is go directly to the Chic and Unique website, which is run separately and stay the hell away from the Cratejoy Mothership which is run by pirates and robber barons.
