I purchased a gift box for my wife's birthday on September 8th, only to discover that Cratejoy relies on vendors for their products, which was not clearly disclosed during the purchase process.The real shocker came when I found out that the vendor responsible for my order only ships between the 24th and the end of each month. This means that my wife's birthday gift, intended for September 8th, won't arrive until much later. What's worse, neither Cratejoy nor the vendor provides a customer service number for order issues, leaving customers like me in the dark and unable to resolve problems efficiently.In the end, I had no choice but to request an immediate cancellation and a refund. I expected a more customer-centric experience from Cratejoy, but this ordeal left me deeply unsatisfied.I strongly advise caution when considering Cratejoy for your gift-giving needs. My experience has been nothing short of a letdown, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others.
