I just bought a Seta and so far I am very impressed with it. The bike appears to be very well made and robust, although it is also very heavy, so would not be suitable for most people to carry upstairs for example. You don't really notice the weight when riding around and it certainly has plenty of power and range. The spec is also very good for the price point, especially compared to what is available in Halfords or Decathlon. I paid £779 as it was on offer and with a £20 voucher code for new customers applied. The bike is easy and comfortable to ride, and is just the right size for me, I'm 5'11" but very small riders may find it too large for them. My delivery took slightly longer than expected, but this wasn't really a problem, and communication with customer service via their web form/email regarding this was fine. I also asked for instructions for the control panel as I couldn't find mine, and this was handled almost immediately. The bike was easy enough to assemble ony own with the tools provided. Overall, I'm very pleased with this bike, it is great value for money and I would definitely recommend to others, it's a quality product and excellent value for money.
