Absolutely great bikes, i have two Jumpers, what's let me down this time is, the carrier giving different delivery dates, but mostly my latest bike doesn't stay in 3rd gear, I have messaged via the website and still haven't got a reply asking how to do the adjustment myself or my local cycle shop wants £25 to do a job that should have been done and checked before delivery. The UK support is very responsive and subsequently right up to delivery, so no disappointment there, I'm not knocking this company as the products are great value for the price and i would buy again. My original Jumper has nearly 4500 miles on it now, I've only replaced brake pads and tyres once, all the testimonials I have read agree these are superb bikes.Edit: after finding a video that specifically shows this bikes derailleur I have adjusted it so I have now all the gears, the manufacturer did message me regarding this issue, so I have no issues recommending this company, and would definitely buy a Crazybird again.
