We ordered the CB10 - what a nightmare! arrived very well packaged but we faced problems with putting it together and the customer service was horrendous. They kept sending us instructions for the wrong model. Eventually we had to go to a specialist bike shop to have the throttle put on as the handlebar grip could not be removed. The monitor display didn't work and it was found to have a loose connection. We then had a problem with the battery not charging fully and running out after a few minutes, then the flywheel wasn't aligned and the bike couldn't be pedaled. Despite us asking them to take the bike back we had to argue for over two weeks. Eventually we were told by Paypal that we would have to provide new packaging ourselves and cover the cost of returning the bike to Germany which would have been over 200 Euro. We agreed to 425 Euro compensation in the end and are now left with a bike that is worse than useless. WE would never recommend this company to anyone - 30 e-mails later, the customer service is absolutely appalling. We feel absolutely robbed having paid out 609 Euro plus 25 Euro for repairs.
