I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Crazymonk , and I must share my frustration with others. Despite placing an order for a t-shirt in August 2023, I faced a series of frustrating obstacles throughout the process.While I received a confirmation email, I was left without any updates on my order. I had to initiate contact with Crazymonk and was met with puzzling responses. Even though I provided the necessary details when placing my order, they asked me to send them via WhatsApp, causing unnecessary delays.Despite my continuous efforts to obtain updates, each time they claimed to have started the delivery process, the t-shirt was nowhere to be found. My frustration and disappointment grew as the weeks passed, and I felt like I was getting nowhere with them.After almost a month, I demanded a refund, which turned into a nightmare. Their responses became increasingly evasive, and they failed to initiate the refund as promised.This experience has left me feeling scammed and cheated. They showed a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic integrity. They took my money but failed to deliver on their promises. I urge others to avoid doing business with them and instead seek out reputable businesses that value their customers and deliver on their promises.DON'T FALL PREY. IT IS A SCAM. !!!!!!
