Good and bad, customer service wss good and fitters were ok but thats where the good endsFitters arrived only to tell me half my order was out of stock and id have to wait another 5 days for them to be fitted. Not good enough so demanded that they sort something to fit as had tenants moving in next day and unfinished house unacceptable so i had to pick something else that was in stock and a manager would bring it up to fitters and fit which he didThe surveyor had put down wrong choices of lino so we ended up with same lino upstairs and downstairs which didnt match our decor and had to make apologies to tenant that for some parts of house there chosen flooring was not what they had chosenAll in all i wouldnt use again, fitting prices expensive left all the rubbish behind, carpets ok but not informing me beforehand of out of stock flooring is disgracefull
