Ivan only relate my experience. The machine came fast, has worked extremely well, easy to hook up/install. Have not had any reason to contact company.I too understand the frustration of working with companies that do not respond. I have two other machines one is Ortur and the other one is AtomStack. Both I have problems with and getting help is a nightmare.
