I started with Sarah Raven and Arthur Parkinson's courses on container gardening. They're both outstanding. As an experienced gardener, there were parts that I skimmed over, but they both delivered above and beyond my expectations and I've learned so much. I'm considering several of Arthur's combinations for next year - this summer I'm using one of Sarah's suggestions - or a close approximation, based on what I can get in Canada. Sarah has such a simple way of putting things (eg. bride, bridesmaid, gatecrasher) that I was able to immediately realize what was missing or had gone wrong with my containers in previous years. I can't wait to see how my containers improve over the next few seasons.Unlike the longer term results of those courses, I've achieved instant results with the Willow Crossley's Floristry course. Really it's astounding. I've never done more than plonk flowers in a vase and now suddenly I'm able to make beautiful arrangements. I've even learned enough to see what could be improved next time. I'd love to see more floristry courses, as well as more information (a downloaded sheet would be helpful) on conditioning different flowers.I never thought I had an interest in interior design, but I've watched a few of the Rita Konig lessons and I may change my mind. They are interesting and relaxing - a perfect way to de-stress - as have the others. The production values, editing, etc. of all the courses are excellent.I'm looking forward to Dan Pearson, Jason Ingram, and so many other courses - and seeing where Create Academy goes next
