I enjoyed Kate's interior course very much. Willow's course, while enjoyable in parts, was rambling and repetitive and I never completed it. A transaction to renew my annual subscription automatically was deducted off my account but when I complained about it I received a prompt response and a follow up email. I am awaiting a refund now. I thought the way my complaint was handled was very good. Thank you!
