I ordered the Ruby and was able to follow the tracking information via the number they gave me. I live in CA and my product was sitting in a postal locker in Minnesota for 2 weeks. When I reached out to Creation of Beauty, they first said that it wasn't their fault I didn't receive my product and that I needed to contact the delivery company in Minnesota to track down my product. When I said it wasn't my fault either and that I no longer wanted the product and I wanted a refund, they told me that it was an error on their end and they would ship me a new product. I practically begged them not to do that and received snarky back and forth messages with whomever is in charge of their customer service. They then again said it wasn't their fault I never received my product. I told them to not waste their money on sending me a new product and just give me refund. They said that would take time. And that was the last I heard from them. I contacted my bank and filed a claim giving them all of my communication with the company. 2 days after I contacted my bank, a new product shows up. I was never told I was getting it. When I contacted them and said I didn't want it and how do I return it, they were angry I called the bank and filed a dispute. They said not to contact them anymore since I contacted the bank. I said that the because I received the product the dispute would be no longer and I want to return it. They would not respond. Got the letter from my bank saying that since I got the product they were removing the credit they gave me while they were researching the dispute and they reinstated the charge. I contacted the company again sending them proof of the letter and requesting to return the product. They have not responded to any of my messages.
