For anyone who wants to buy from this company. Just beware that they will ship the order from their warehouse in Ningbo, Zhejiang 315100 even though the company is based in Italy. I ordered the ruby brush from them through instagram Order #1983 on Sept 20 & received it on Oct 7.Nothing was wrong with the product when I received it I decided to return because a friend gave me something similar. I contacted customer service but since nothing is wrong with the Brush they won't offer free shipping for return. The shipping fee is more than the price of the brush so I have to keep it and wasted my money. Even though I haven't used the brush, just by looking at it, I doubt it works because there are only a few red lights on the brush. It is not strong enough to stimulate your scalp and regrow hair. Just do your homework before you buy anything international. Make sure to ask if they ship it from China etc because the shipping cost is not cheap.
