Hello,The computer turned out to fail on multiple levels throughout a timeframe of 3 months.- Faulty fan (the shop repaired it fine). Getting the unit to the shop was a disaster as DPD's service was speechless. The pickup failed numerous times. It seemed that they had a problem picking up from a sheltered accommodation attached to a Day care centre. Surprisingly the driver only came once but wouldn't take the unit as it's the customer's duty to look after the packaging. Unit was sent through Mailboxes ETC which did it through UPS. Cost: 20€.The 2 previous computers were perfect. Things completely went out of control when I bought this one in June 2025.Mouse freezing was noted on Windows 11 so they put Windows 10 on. The technician advised me of this during the purchase process in June. The mouse issue was noted in September.A new repair was going to be organised in September as the unit came back damaged.I can't assume it was DPD because the packaging with bubbling were perfect. After this, the display totally failed (graphics card issue). The keyboard's Enter key got blocked. I was able to unblock it.This computer was for my girlfriend who is an old age pensioner.Seeing the numerous problems, the shop agreed to refund the computer which was great.DPD at least this time picked up the computer no problem. Difference: the pick up was outside a shop in Cork.Refund was perfectly processed and the shop did great on that end.
