I purchased a package of files. My credit card was charged. The files weren't delievered. I messaged the seller with no reply. I submitted two tickets to Creative Market but the emailed links in response went to URLs that no longer existed. I couldn't find a phone number or customer service representative to speak with to rectify the issue. The issue is still unresolved.
