Worked here for 2 years without issue, until a service user started a bullying campaign against me. Management spent months gaslighting me, stating that the individual was not capable of bullying, despite them stating they were themselves. After this affected my mental health, causing me to self harm, the manager then decided to just move me without making any attempt to stop the individual. This, again, affected my mental health and I ended up posting a comment about it online. No mention or creative support, or anyone's name. Creative support then fired me for this. And again made out that I was a terrible person due to being bullied. Creative support absolutely deskill their service users, and do everything in their power to push the concept that "mental health" is a get out jail free card. To the point they refused to pursue charges against a service user for setting fire to the building, with people inside, fully intending to cause harm. However, they were obsessed with taking action against a staff member for stating the service user was "acting like a little s#£t" In another service, management were informed of a service user deteriorating and attacking staff, only to be informed by management "that's just service user, just document it". Three weeks later the service user violently assaulted a staff member, and all management did was take action against the staff member for protecting themselves. Suffice it to say, this company has no care or consideration for their staff, only care about service users when they keep quiet, and only creatively support their own perceived reputation. No amount of money should make you consider this company as either a member of staff, or a service user. They are utterly barbaric!!
