I've worked at creative support 5 years in May I started as part-time due to having young children and two which have additional needs , Creative support have really helped me working hours to help around my children and have been very understanding when needing time off due to childcare issues. Working for creative I feel I make a difference to the people I support, wanting the best life for them. Creative support you feel like your part a family aswell as a team, Having a child with SLD and ASD I feel if he was ever to go into this supported living I know he'd be extremely well cared for by creative support staff. 😊my managers really help me to show my true potential and thrive in my career.
