Disappointing. I initially applied due to the attractive card design. However, it turned out to be an overhyped debit card posing as a credit card, targeting individuals with low income and poor credit. My card was sent multiple times without reaching me. They also claimed I couldn't use my business address, which is absurd for a prepaid debit card. Customer service was lacking. It's wiser to opt for a secured debit card to avoid these issues.
