Offers are coming in to settle debt but credit associates won't pay it for me and I was told that I have a payment plan that will reimburse credit associates to pay my debt and then receive funds from me. Instead offers to settle are coming in and credit associates will not pay it. How am I suppose to pay the settlements when I am on a monthly payment plan paying a LOT every month
