This was the most stress relieving phone call I've had, in as long as I can remember ever talking on the phone. Im 51. I wasn't prepared to have so much weight taken from me and burdens lifted, all at 1:30 in the afternoon, finished by about 2:15. I figured i was calling to hear options as to what kind of lesser evil i could choose from in a quest towards debt consolidation. I figured i wouldnt actually be approved or given terms this time around just like last time I attempted this. (I didnt meet a specific [debt to available credit] ratio criteria, with the other company.) I was wrong and im soooo happy i was!!! Lauren was a cheer to speak with. Respectful. And she was genuine. She was really trying hard to help make a difference in my life, that would lead to affect all the areas of my life for the better. All I can say is thank you so much. I feel like a got a second chance at life after 50. A.A.
