I had such an amazing experience with Cathy on the phone. I am a 27 year old who has never spoken about money with anyone. I have lost my job and am struggling to find work so I have fallen behind. Cathy helped me with outside resources to get me through this hard time. She let me know about what my option are going to look like with this program once i’m on my feet again. This appointment alleviated a lot of anxiety. She was patient and nonjudgmental when I was emotional. She was friendly. I was so grateful to have gotten her as my representative.
