New fee is now $795. One benefit, an important one, is the $300 travel credit. Well this year they say we already got it, but we did not. Have called them 3 times 1 per week, they escalated, answer very polite and apologetic, but somewhere in their company somebody does not care and nothing has been done, why??Do they really care or just train to say 'I am sorry and do nothing'!Hard to cancel as have accumulated points and have used the points to book hotels that will use in a few months. Very frustrating. Also they have a new benefit, the Hotel Edit Program with a $200 credit if booked and they give you free breakfast and $100 to spend in the hotel, but it will NOT accumulate points if you get the $200, kind of think we are dummies. Shame on Chase for the slow response and for trying to think we just see the benefits without going in detail. Very dissappointed with Chase!!
