This benefit is advertised as peace of mind, but in reality, it is a deliberate and cruel obstacle course designed to wear down claimants, hoping they will simply give up.For a Chase card that carries significant annual fees and purports to offer premium benefits, this abysmal claims administration is frankly embarrassing.
