I shared my financial situation upfront and was assured of help. However, I received no significant support in securing funding. The assistance was mostly generic advice and publicly available information. I was told to 'wait 6–8 months' after paying a premium for supposed early support, but ended up doing most of the work myself, including contacting banks and researching requirements. The strategies suggested led to manual reviews instead of the promised no-doc funding. I faced thousands in interest just to finance the program while receiving no results in the expected timeframe. When I asked for a refund, the terms changed dramatically. Despite paying $20,000 upfront and being told a balance was waived, I was threatened with collections for an additional $10,000. After leaving an honest review, my access to paid resources was revoked, and the company attempted to flag negative reviews, creating a distorted public image. This experience caused significant financial and emotional distress. If you're thinking about this program, document everything and proceed with extreme caution. I cannot recommend it.
