Credit Genius have taken money from my account without my knowledge or authorisation. I have not subscribed to Credit Genius. I have informed my bank to block any further requests for payment. I have tried to contact Credit Genius to cancel a contract that I did not take out with them after finding their contact details online. Their phone number is just an automated reply telling you to email their support team. I have emailed the support team and got an automated response with a ticket number saying that they are experiencing high demand and will get back to me when they reach my ticket. I then sent them a message via the contact form on their site and received another automated email from them with another ticket number. I noticed from the reviews that other people have the same experience so shouldn't the financial conduct authority be doing something about the way they are taking people's money without authorisation?
