SCAM…This company have attempted to debit my account £25 out of the blue.I went to their login page and have NO account with them and when I selected forgotten userID confirmation from their own website I have no account.They not only make it impossible to cancel or get a response and as I’ve no dealings or account with them I would love to know how they obtained my account details?I have since attempted to contact by filling in their ticket form etc and raise a complaint which I’m told takes 8 weeks to contact me.REMOVE MY DETAILS AND ESPECIALLY MY PAYMENT DETAILS IMMEDIATELY.I have since received an email confirming they have removed my details. I will update this should any funds debit from now.
