I've always thought that having a good rental history should be something a person can capitalise on when it comes to their credit score. In over 20 years of being a private renter I've never missed a single payment, but until I found CreditLadder, I was never rewarded for that. Many years ago I took out an IVA and when it was settled I had a lot of rebuilding of my credit score to do, and I don't doubt that CreditLadder helped greatly with that. 5 years later, I have an excellent credit score, and just bought my first house - which is the only reason I've closed my account.
