I want to give a negative rating; this is a complete scam. Once you pay to resolve an issue, they ask for more money without clearly stating that all negative accounts must be resolved at once. They keep pressuring you for payments without starting the process for your initial account. When I asked for a refund shortly after payment, they dismissed my request. This entire experience has been a waste of money.
