Took money from my bank account when I’ve never actually heard of the company! Claimed I had a subscription which I have never agreed to! Are not contactable by phone! Will not refund me despite several emails still insist on calling me a customer and telling me I had a subscription which they have now cancelled. Absolutely disgraceful I’m in contact with the fraud team at my bank as I had to cancel my card as I had no knowledge of this company and no reason for them to take money.Absolute scam artists avoid them and any company affiliated with them!!!!!!!Blames a 3rd party company and when I find out who this company is they will be getting negative reviews also!!!!Spoke on the phone and email saying I agreed to a subscription a subscription I’ve never wanted or used! Absolute liars! Asked for more bank details on the phone couldn’t explain why so many people here have exactly the same issue with them!I requested 2 weeks ago for all correspondence to be made via email and for a manager to contact and me and provide me with their complaints policy and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since! I will be contacting the FSA now!These people are thieves!
