Absolute scammers. I intend to now contact Trading Standards and the Onbudsman after their refusal to refund my money. I’m pretty astute and at no time did I sign up to any “free trial” or to a subscription of any kind. I also find it very telling that when you login to their site there isn’t even a ‘Subscriptions’ tab! You actually have to email to find out what has gone on!I received a reply that was clearly just a standard letter and it frustrates me that people like this get away with it. Should have zero stars in my opinion.
