I discovered an inaccuracy on my credit file, and the lady I spoke to at CreditPerfect was patient, knowledgeable and had a friendly and joky demeanour too.All in all I felt that she put me st ease, during a potentially stressful time (eg. not being able to get credit for a purchase due to a silly oversight, made years ago! )Definitely a positive experience 👍
