Natasha went through the concerns I had raised about my credit report. She also mentioned ways I could improve my credit score and keep the score going up. There was a little disruption during the phone call (due to the fire alarm going off) but Natasha remained professional, apologised for the inconvenience and called me back as soon as everything was back to normal. I would definitely recommend this company and their customer service skills are great too! :)
