My representative was Shawn and she was wonderful! We had a one time difference and she stayed late each night to accommodate me. Every question I had she answered honestly. My credit had taken a hit and she was completely honest with what I needed to do. One time I had scheduled an appointment and didn’t feel like I was in a place to discuss this because of a family emergency. She took the time to tell me then wasn’t the time and she rescheduled it for a later date. When she called me back, she inquired about my dad!
