I started with the service around March 2025 and have been switched to multiple account managers, with no one returning my calls. After being promised that someone would contact me to assist with signing my husband up, I made eight calls with no response. I blocked my bank account, and on the same day, someone called to sign him up. It's now November 2025, and I've called multiple times trying to reach my case manager, but they keep putting me on hold or transferring me to surveys. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and support.
