I was grossly misled by Credo Legal and their affiliates. I was told that after completing my payments to them that my debt would be settled and my credit would be back to where it was near 750. After 6-7 months of payments and still receiving credit cards bills going much higher from fees and interest I tried to contact my representative at credo Legal. I called over 10 times and left messages. When I spoke with someone after a week of trying to contact them I was told that they would get back to me at a specific time appointment we had set. They didn’t contact me at all. Now I have been shifted to 3-4 different agents who have not been able to give me peace of mind or finalize restructuring of payments. I would love to know if and what percentage of clients actually get their debts invalidated. I really hope that I didn’t waste over $3,049 so far on a scam.
