I cannot recommend this VPS hosting service. My experience was very disappointing. A friend purchased a VPS, but we only gained access two days later, which was already a setback. We intended to use this VPS for a Minecraft server that required the installation of a specific panel. Unfortunately, the VPS quality was subpar. We faced multiple errors, including issues during upgrades and while trying to install necessary dependencies. As a result, the VPS was entirely unusable for our purposes, and we have proof of these errors. When my friend reached out to the seller to ask for a refund, the request was declined due to a stated “no refund policy,” despite the VPS being faulty. Additionally, the seller was unresponsive to many of our inquiries, which exacerbated the situation. The lack of support and communication was very unprofessional. Overall, this was a total waste of time and money. Poor quality, persistent errors, delayed access, inadequate support, and no refund despite evident problems. Strongly not recommended.
