I could not be happier with my experience with these guys. I placed an order on Friday morning which qualified for free shipping, or upgrade to next-day for 99p. I chose the latter. Not only was my order sorted very fast, arriving first thing this morning, but email updates came through quickly to show progress all along the way. I received several free gifts with my order (which was just over £40 including the shipping upgrade fee). The total of the free gifts was around half the price of my order. The items I had ordered are all perfect. I’m beyond happy with how good the cleaning set is. The shoe wipes included are full of solution and very robust. I actually was able to clean two pairs of shoes and the wipe was still soaking and hadn’t broken down at all. Really impressive. The other items I ordered are better still. Really nice fragrances to the crease guards. Cleaning brushes are very good. Fragrance pills are brilliant. Just… yeah. Sorting through another order now for the other items I wanted (wanted to try the company first).
