Terrible. Just terrible. How does a 18 year old understand that if there’s nothing reporting then it doesn’t show a score or it gives a code 4 error message. But a credit repair company or “consulting” 😭 company doesn’t know how to read or understand the problem. They act completely clueless or they really just are. They never give a confirmation for when the services have been rendered. They use clients from years ago to still post on their social media making you waste $30-40/month for months to years on identity iq. Their social media doesn’t even get views or activity. They’ve been spinning people around and won’t even give you updates. When you do ask for updates, they turn into the friend that borrowed your money and decides not to pay you back.
