Customer service is just awful, I needed help. I got in queue instead of the employee Samantha helping me she made it look like we weren’t connected so she could just close out the chat. I was on Wi-Fi on my laptop, I could see my place in line counting down. I was connected. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, I have to wait in a long line on the phone or in chat and if they just don’t feel like dealing with you, they just close the chat down. Trying to get someone on the phone is even worse, expect to stay on hold three times longer than the online chat. I have had some great people help me, but unfortunately I have gotten to many Samantha’s before and they just ruin it and it makes you nervous every time you have to get a hold of customer service. I’ve been with cricket since 2015, but I’m really considering Xfinity mobile now.
